• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds are not available; eligible items may be exchanged only.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Any item found damaged after purchase will not be accepted.
